Every gym in Ludhiana posts the same thing: someone lifting something heavy, filmed vertically at the mirror. It scrolls past. What sells memberships and coaching is a coach explaining, clearly, why the thing people are doing wrong is wrong.

Explain, don't demonstrate

Demonstration footage belongs in your gym, shot on a phone, and it is fine there. The studio is for the other half: nutrition myths, why your knees hurt, how much protein a Punjabi vegetarian diet actually delivers, what to do in the first month. Those explanations convert enquiries in a way a deadlift clip does not.

Transformation stories, told properly

Before-and-after photos are suspicious by default. A client sitting down for six minutes about what was hard, what they gave up and what changed is believable — and far more persuasive to the person who is nervous about walking into a gym at all.

A month of posting in two hours

Ten to fifteen short pieces in a two-hour block at ₹1,499 an hour, with reels edited at ₹1,499 each, or ₹999 each in packs of three. Most coaches run one studio session a month and shoot everything else themselves — that split is the cheapest way to look professional without living in an edit timeline.

Language and audience

Punjabi and Hindi outperform English for local fitness content by a wide margin, particularly anything nutrition-related. Subtitles handle the rest. If you are also targeting NRI clients, record a second English take while the lighting is up.
